About Lawn Equipment Co.

The Bacos family is the current owner and operator of Lawn Equipment Co. The company was originally founded by the Wicke family over 30 years ago across from Maui Memorial Park in Wailuku. In 1986, Pelarin Bacos along with John Hirashima purchased Lawn Equipment from the Wicke family. A year later, the company relocated to its present location in Kahului. Since then, the Bacos family has gained full ownership. Along with its current staff, the family continues to run the company with over 40 years of combined experience in the power equipment industry.
